04.03.2025

We are honoured to join ENERCOM FACILITY as a national expert! This large-scale European project aims to develop energy communities and support initiatives in the field of renewable energy.

The official launch of the project will take place soon in Brussels, and we are delighted to be part of this important initiative, which will help expand opportunities for Ukrainian communities in the field of sustainable energy.

Thank you to our partners for their trust and cooperation! Together, we are creating a future where energy democracy and sustainable development become a reality.

European Energy Communities Facility – supporting the development of energy communities in Europe

European Energy Communities Facility is an EU-funded project aimed at supporting and developing energy communities across Europe. It will assist at least 140 energy communities by providing funding through grants and a capacity-building programme designed to create effective business models.

The project covers the 27 EU Member States, Iceland and Ukraine, and is implemented by an international consortium of experienced organisations. It is supported by a network of 29 national experts who assist communities at all stages of their development.

The initiative contributes to achieving the EU’s ambitious climate goals by stimulating local collective action for a just, inclusive and sustainable energy transition.

The project is funded by the European Union under the LIFE programme; it began in September 2024 and will run until February 2028.
